We have compiled this list of information based on our most Frequently Asked Questions for your convenience.


• Where are you located?

Our facility is located in Grand Prairie, Tx just north of i-30 close to the corner of Belt Line and Gate 1 of Lone Star Park. Please note that typically most GPS apps guide you to go through Gate 3 (Lone Star Parkway) this will take you on a long loop adding aprox 5 minutes to your trip that is easily avoided by continuing down Belt Line 2 lights to Gate 1.

• What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Sunday, year round (excluding National Holidays, and days where severe weather is forecasted.) Monday – Friday we are open to the public from 12:00 (Noon) – 10:00pm Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm & Sunday 11:00am – 6:00pm. Our facility is also for available for private rentals, etc. Outside of normal business hours. Call for more info 972.262.4479.

• What does it cost to enter the facility?

For skatepark entry a weekday pass is $10 & $12 on the weekends (Friday – Sunday). Bikes may use the facility any day, a weekday pass is $12 & $14 on the weekends (Friday – Sunday). Spectators are allowed to enter the park for free, excluding special events and are not permitted to enter skatepark or dirt park areas under any circumstances.

• Are Helmets Required?

Helmets are required by all participants and must be worn at all times inside skatepark and dirt park courses. We offer quality helmet rentals for only $2 per day.

• What is the liability release waiver? Am I required to fill this out?

The Liability Release Waiver is a standard agreement form establishing the understanding that; you as a participant at the facility will be skating or riding at your own risk of injury, releasing Action Park Alliance & it’s employees of responsibility for any medical expenses, etc. that you may receive after medical services are rendered to treat the injury. All users that wish to skate or ride at Action Park GP are REQUIRED to fill out this waiver form in its entirety before being allowed to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must have their PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN present to sign the form, any users over the age of 18 may sign for themselves. In the event that the PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN may not be present at time of check in during the first visit, this form must be COMPLETED ENTIRELY AND ENDORSED BY A PUBLIC NOTARY TO BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID COMPLETED WAIVER.

• Do you offer lessons at your facility?

One-on-one private lessons are offered at the cost of $65 per one hour session and must be booked minimum 2 weeks in advance. Discounts are offered for multiple sessions booked in advance. We also offer seasonally scheduled camps during Spring and Summer breaks. Please check our site for future date announcements.

• What do you allow to be used at your facility?

Currently we allow Skateboards, Bikes (MTB & BMX), Scooters, Wheelchairs (WCMX),  Roller Skates (Quad & Blade), & Uni-Cycles . We do not allow users to ride any motorized equipment at our facility or rip-sticks, pogo sticks, boogie boards, dirt boards, etc.

• Do you offer birthday parties or facility rentals?

We offer Birthday Parties year round and can cater to all your party needs. Basic party packages start at $250 and cover 8 participants to use the park, for more info please call us at 972.262.4479. We also cater to private events and facility rentals based on need and desire of use, typically this may include commercial shoots, music videos, contests, car shows, fundraisers, concerts, corporate parties, group events, etc. For More info please call us at 972.262.4479.

• Is there a store or skate shop at your facility?

Action Park GP is the home of the Rhythm Skateshop Texas location. In our store you may find a wide variety of skateboard hardgoods and clothing, BMX equipment, helmets, pad, concession items, accessories, shoes and more.
